A Bedtime Story That Turns Fear Into Faith
When the lights go out and the room feels too dark, little Luca is afraid… until Mommy reminds him of a brave shepherd boy named David — and of the God who never leaves our side.
Wrapped beneath a glowing star, Luca learns that the same God who helped David face a giant is the God who watches over him each night. With gentle whispers of love and the timeless promise of Joshua 1:9, Luca discovers how to trade fear for courage and drift to sleep with peace.
The Night God Made Me Brave is a tender, faith-filled bedtime story for children and parents alike — a reminder that no night is ever too dark when God is near.
TESTIMONIALS
I absolutely love this book and cannot say enough positive things about it. I love what this author has created and so happy to see more faith-based books like this becoming accessible and engaging for children.
What I especially appreciated was how naturally the book opened the door for conversation while reading. My son and I found ourselves stopping throughout the story to talk, ask questions, and connect with the message together. That, to me, is what makes a children’s book truly special.
I also loved the thoughtful touches at the end, including the Our Father prayer and the explanation of how to make the Sign of the Cross. It adds another meaningful layer and makes the book not only enjoyable, but educational and faith-filled as well.
This is such a wonderful resource for families, and I highly recommend it to parents looking for books that encourage connection, conversation, and faith with their children.
I can’t wait to see more books from this author!

Highly recommend this faith based book for little ones who are afraid of the dark
Highly recommend this book for children who are afraid of the dark. It is a wonderful way to introduce faith and nighttime prayers, making it an excellent read before bed. Additionally, there is a dedicated space at the back of the book where children can write their own “brave prayer”.

This book was perfect for teaching my neurodivergent 6 year old about fears and the presence of god. It’s become our nighttime ritual to read this story before bed!
